MKA Theatre in association with PROVOCARÉ 2018 present…

A Public Reading of an Unproduced Screenplay About the Death of Walt Disney by Lucas Hnath

A Public Reading of An Unproduced Screenplay about The Death of Walt Disney is an adrenaline-charged odyssey; a supersonic portrait of the man who forever changed the American Dream; and an unforgettable fantasia. New York writer Lucas Hnath’s hit play premieres in Australia care of enfant terribles MKA Theatre.

Aided by a pack of cigarettes, a litre of vodka, three actors, and countless dead lemmings Walt Disney reads you a screenplay he wrote. About himself. And his death.

This most wonderful spectacle features sibling performance duo Tobias & Kerith Manderson-Galvin, the experimental score of jazz luminary Jules Pascoe (JazzParty, JAALA), and a magical castle.*

*The castle may not be magical.

Ticket details for July 2018 coming soon.
